US Alumni

As part of the United States Government to support every country’s development and bring together all the beneficiaries of its exchange programmes to harness streams of prospects through synergies, the US Embassy Officials in their mission has inaugurated the Ogun State Chapter of the Alumni Association.

Speaking at the dinner held at Park Inn Abeokuta, the US Consulate Representative, Darcy Zotter expressed her pleasure in supporting all the Alumni members association at the state levels towards developing Statewide initiatives through a coordinated synergies of all the objectives of US Exchange Programmes.

The US Government Exchange Programmes provide that their beneficiaries travel to the United States within a period of 3 weeks to 14 months to explore the practices of the US government and its critical sectors in the area of social, cultural and economic sectors and then provide enabling environment to replicate these frameworks in their countries upon return.

The diplomatic meeting was graced by Darcy Zotter and Aliyu Ibrahim of the US Public Affairs Section Office, Lagos, Justice Fabamwo (US Hubert Humphrey Fellow), Prof. Adetiloye (US Fulbright Scholar), Mr. Adefolahan (US International Visitors Leadership Alumnus), Mr. Adeeko of TedPrime Hub (US Teaching Excellence and Achievement Alumnus) and Mr. Ayodele Odeogbola of TedPrime Hub (US Mandela Washington Fellow).
