TEPRIME HUB CO-FOUNDER BAGS NATIONAL INSPIRATIONAL EDUCATOR AWARDS

In recognition of excellence, hardwork and dedication in teaching profession, the Meadow Hall Group has conferred the recognition of Inspirational Educator Award  to Olalekan Adeeko, a co-founder of TedPrime Hub.

Olalekan Adeeko who currently teaches at Baptist Boys’ High School, Abeokuta in Ogun State and Mrs. Kikelomo Usilo were awarded the sum of 750,000 Naira each as joint winners of the 2018 edition of the award.

The awardee who is well known for strong commitment to teaching profession in Nigeria and abroad through technology in education and teacher professional development as a valuable member of Microsoft Educator Expert Community in Nigeria and an Alumnus of United States Teaching Excellence and Achievement Programme.

Speaking shortly after the event, Olalekan Adeeko reiterates his passion on giving back to the community where he thrives. “ I want to thank the Meadow Hall Group for this worthy recognition towards showcasing the mother of all professions across the globe while I encourage other corporate organizations to take a cue from this initiative to further support education and most importantly, the teachers motivation in their commitment to national development”. He further stressed that this recognition would be a yet another opportunity to support education in Ogun State in the area of emerging practices in teaching and learning in the 4th industrial revolution particularly the forthcoming State Codeliners Competition in few weeks time.

The Inspirational Educator Award is an annual programme organized by Meadow Hall Group to reward teachers and school heads through their outstanding performances in school sector across Nigeria.
