Ghana's Microsoft Digital Education and School Transformation

The journey to digital education and school transformation by Microsoft Middle East and Africa extended to Ghana through its Device and Authorize Global Training Partners respectively; KA Technologies and TedPrime Hub with policy and human capital development strategy to train top ICT Trainers in 260 Districts spanned across 16 regions under Ghana Education Service and Ministry Education.

The first 8-week train-the-trainer programme equiped these 260 articipants on digital literacy, hybrid learning, accessibility tools for inclusive education, Community of Practice and Certifications as Microsoft Trainers to further empower their peers in their respective districts through Ghana's one-Teacher-one-laptop scheme set up by the government of Ghana to procure 280,000 laptop computersfor pre-primary to secondary school educators across Ghana

To further deepen the Digital Education and School Transformation strategies, TedPrime Hub with Microsoft Middle East and Africa would be embarking on virtual training of 30,000 Ghanaian educators before the end of the first quarter of 2022.
